As PA Administrator you will be joining an established and well-respected employer in Banbury, on a full time, permanent basis (office based). You will provide full administrative support to designated departments and assisting others as required. In addition, you will take responsibility for supporting on reception when required.
As PA Administrator, you will be responsible for:

1. Direct responsibilities to designated teams and across the company, providing; diary management, call handling and general support as required
2. Providing administrative support to a designated team including creating, reviewing and distributing correspondence and client information
3. Completing digital dictation
4. Proactive client liaison - confirming appointments, recording data and logging details onto the Microsoft Schedule diary system to ensure optimum time management
5. Handling telephone contact with clients, making appointments etc.
6. Maintaining seamless paperless office environment and ensure it is accurate and up to date. Including regular archiving and proactive drive towards paperless office
7. Utilising systems to maintain accurate and secure data management
8. Organising lunches and other client contact activities for designated sections
9. Supporting with Board meeting attendance and minutes where required
