Overview
Aberdeen City OOH Band 5 Community Nurse – Opportunities for Band 5 Community Nurses to join Aberdeen City HSCP Evening and Night Community Nursing Unscheduled Care Team.
You will be part of a team which predominately provides person-centred, end-of-life care and symptom control for patients in their own homes, enabling them to remain in their preferred place at end of life. You will also deliver unscheduled clinical nursing interventions to patients referred from GMED, NHS24, Hospital@Home and other professionals.

Qualifications
* Evidence of current post-registration experience in a clinical environment is essential; community nursing experience is preferred.
* Good communication skills and experience in palliative and end-of-life care.
* Car owner/driver with a current UK driving licence; car must be LEZ compliant.
Working pattern and requirements
* Hours: Various hours available within an 8 day rota.
* 1900–0800: 3 shifts on / 5 shifts off (31.5 hours per week pro rata).
* 1830–0000: 3 shifts on / 5 shifts off (14.5 hours per week pro rata).
