Description
Input and update data accurately into internal systems and databases.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Organise and maintain digital and physical records.
Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow processes.
Follow data entry guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
Respond to data-related queries and provide support where required.
Identify and rectify any discrepancies in data entries.
Profile
A successful Data Entry Processing Exec should have:
Proficiency in using Excel or Google sheets
Graduate or early career professional
Experience using Sales Force
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Good communication skills for liaising with team members.
Previous experience working in Proptech/Tech.
Commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Offer
