Be part of our journey to redefine how languages are learned.Your Role:As a Senior UX Writer at Mondly, you'll lead the charge in creating intuitive, inspiring, and educational content that guides users through their language learning journey. Your words will shape the user interface, inform educational paths, and enhance overall user engagement. Collaborate closely with our design, product, and engineering teams to deliver a seamless, inclusive, and motivating learning experience. Key areas of focus:Define and manage the tone of voice across the Mondly app ecosystem.Collaborate with product management and design to integrate copy seamlessly into product designs.Optimize copy based on data-driven insights and user feedback.Work across different product squads to develop new features and ensure consistency in language and messaging. Participate in user research and validation effortsAbout you & skills that will help you to be successful in this roleBachelor's or Master's degree in design, HCI, or related field.5+ years of experience in UX writing, ideally with a focus on EdTech.Proficiency in conducting and applying user research to influence product decisions and design solutionsSolid knowledge of user research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skillsExperience with user research methods and data analytics.Basic knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma is a plusWhat Sets us Apart?
