Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Head Office, Hedge End
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Head Office in Hedge End. This is a key role supporting all care and non‑care recruitment across the business, ensuring a smooth, efficient and people‑centred process from attraction through to offer.
In this role, you will deliver a high‑quality candidate experience, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and support the organisation's ongoing workforce needs through best‑practice recruitment.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Acting as the central point of contact for Operations and Branch Managers regarding recruitment needs and workforce planning
2. Writing clear and engaging job adverts to attract high‑quality candidates
3. Building and maintaining talent pools across both care and office‑based roles
4. Liaising with job board partners to ensure campaigns perform effectively
5. Identifying new attraction opportunities such as job fairs, events and local initiatives
6. Supporting recruitment marketing activity and working with the Marketing team
7. Shortlisting candidates in line with role criteria and compliance requirements
8. Conducting scored pre‑screen telephone interviews
9. Conducting scored, structured face‑to‑face interviews
10. Communicating outcomes to candidates, including delivering constructive unsuccessful feedback
11. Maintaining accurate and detailed recruitment records
12. Managing volume recruitment with organisation, professionalism and attention to detail
13. Working to KPIs while maintaining a high standard of service
About You
14. Team‑focused with a positive, proactive attitude
15. Previous recruitment experience, ideally from an agency or healthcare background
16. Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
17. Highly organised with the ability to manage changing priorities
18. Professional appearance (business casual)
19. Full UK driving licence
20. Access to a reliable, clean car with valid MOT and business‑use insurance
