This fast-paced role combines front-of-house reception with high volumes of customer service calls and emails. You'll be the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a polished welcome while efficiently managing enquiries and supporting the service team. Key Duties: Customer service call backs and email enquiries Meeting and greeting service customers Managing a busy reception desk Offering refreshments and coordinating arrivals Previous reception or front-of-house experience required.
