We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for various technologies across complex landscapes, delivering a stable, secure, efficient, and well-managed infrastructure throughout the full lifecycle of each solution. Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, depending on your role, needs, and business requirements; note that full-time remote work is not available.

Your role: As part of a Network Operations Centre, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills and our collective capabilities through a mix of RUN and project activities with other Network Analysts. Your responsibilities include:
1. Troubleshoot and configure enterprise networks.
2. Manage network incident diagnostics and resolution.
3. Implement network changes.
4. Support project tasks alongside internal and external Project Managers.
5. Enhance your skills through professional training, certifications, and hands-on experience.

Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience supporting enterprise networks with relevant technical certifications.
* In-depth experience with Cisco ACI software-defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).
* Supporting firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, and AnyConnect Remote Access).
* Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi technologies, including Cisco WLC.
* Troubleshooting routing issues (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
* Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
Security Clearance: The role requires obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance, which involves residency in the UK for the past 5 years and other criteria. You will be asked about your eligibility during recruitment, including nationality and citizenship details.
