We are looking for a proactive and organised Education Resource Consultant to join our team in Hoddesdon. This is a candidate-focused role that plays a vital part in attracting, supporting, and managing the teachers and support staff who work with us.
This position focuses primarily on candidate engagement, sourcing, and compliance, ensuring we have a strong pipeline of high-quality educators ready to support our partner schools.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and attract teachers and support staff through job boards, social media, and targeted marketing campaigns
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey with Moore Teachers
* Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews
* Manage and update the candidate database to ensure records are accurate and compliant
* Support the registration and onboarding process for new candidates, including compliance checks and documentation
* Create and send marketing emails to our candidate database to promote opportunities and maintain engagement
* Actively promote Moore Teachers across social media platforms to attract new candidates
* Work closely with the recruitment consultants to ensure candidate availability matches school requirements
* Maintain excellent candidate care and communication at all stages of the recruitment process
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be confident speaking with a wide range of people
* Be proactive and motivated, with a positive and professional attitude
* Have strong written and spoken English
* Be comfortable using social media and online platforms for recruitment and marketing
* Previous experience in recruitment, education, sales, or administration would be advantageous but not essential
What We Offer
* A starting salary of £25,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience
* A full-time office-based role with working hours of either 8:00am–5:00pm, 8:30am–5:30pm, or 9:00am–6:00pm
