WEST HULL BASED Delighted to be partnering with a well known established and growing business in East Yorkshire who offer a global service. This business is reputable, established and are entering a time of growth and is therefore growing the HR team. This is a new role in the HR team and will have lots of opportunity to make this your own, taking ownership and working on own initiative whilst being part of a team. This role will involve some travel and work across other sites.
The role itself will include work around
Advising managers on policy and procedures
Take ownership for all employee relations advise and support
Engagement and initiatives
Working with the L & D team to identify learnings across the business to identify skills gaps
Building strong relationships with SLT, managers and employees
Strive for continuous improvement around processes
Updating HR policies and employee communication
Tupe support
Working with the Head of HR with the delivery of many projects
The Candidate
Excellent communicator to create good strong working relationships
Be forward thinking, innovative, solution focused and resilient
Have confidence working autonomously using initiative but equally value the importance of collaborative working
Willingness to travel and work from other sites
Experience of restructuring, TUPE and change management beneficial
CIPD Level 5 above or extensive experience
