We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker looking for nighttime work, who live in the Nottingham, NG16 area.
In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals while ensuring their safety and well-being in a supportive environment.

Additional duties may include:
1. Assist individuals with their nighttime living activities, including meal preparation and personal care.
2. Support clients in developing independent living skills through engaging activities.
3. Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
4. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any incidents that occur during shifts.
5. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to care.
6. Follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs.
7. Keep a close eye on individuals' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
8. Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and cared for.
9. Encourage social interactions among the individuals and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
10. Work with the existing team to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, responding quickly to emergencies or call bells.
11. Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must have:
* Proven experience within a similar care environment.
* A checkable work history.
* Up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not have current certificates, online training can be offered for an additional fee.
* An in-date enhanced DBS check. If your DBS has expired, we can assist in arranging a new one.

Your typical hours will start at 22:00 and finish at 07:00, Monday to Friday.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.75, with 28 days of accrued holiday pay.
