Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options.

Structured Work Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Your Daily Experience
Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics at your disposal, you’ll have everything you need to deliver quality work efficiently.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
