Service Advisor Required in Sutton, Surrey
1. Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 DOE
2. Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday
We are recruiting for a Family-Run Automotive Service Centre in Sutton, Surrey, seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Customer Services team in a dynamic car garage environment.
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor capable of delivering outstanding customer service to meet growing customer demand.

10. Managing direct customer interactions
11. Workshop scheduling and management
12. Providing cost and time estimates, and advising on workshop availability
13. Ordering parts
14. Invoicing completed jobs
15. Building long-term customer relationships
16. Maintaining a clean and professional workshop and service reception area
17. Enhancing the customer experience by going the extra mile
