As the Maintenance Manager you will be working within a very modern state of the art manufacturing facility maintaining production levels, and the efficient operation of additional onsite facilities, to ensure that the site runs to its full output potential within an agreed budget. You will have full responsibility & full autonomy for the management of a team of Engineers and Subcontractors based across site. Maintenance Manager Purpose Manage and oversee the Engineering team to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient running of the equipment and machinery. Maintenance Manager Role & Responsibilities You will manage all engineers and be in charge of all maintenance engineering. Oversee and manage Planned preventative maintenance. Day to day machine breakdown resolutions. Maintaining plant maintenance records. Manage the engineering team. Staff Recruitment. Full autonomy to run the engineering department. Annual budget preparation including analysis of past and present performance data. Apprentice development and labour skills planning. Weekly KPI reports.
