About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced OEM Sales Manager to drive growth across key European accounts in the marine sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of major OEM relationships, develop new business, and play a key role in shaping commercial strategy within a dynamic, technical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing key OEM customer accounts across Europe
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans
* Owning pricing, quotations, and margin performance
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Leading customer reviews and building long-term partnerships
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects seamlessly
* Representing the business at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B / OEM sales experience (marine, or automotive preferred)
* Strong commercial awareness (pricing, margins, forecasting)
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Willingness to travel across Europe
