Job Description
Position: Companion/Carer
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Company: Caremore Companions
Contract: Evenings and weekends ONLY
Salary: from £12.80 per hour for days on Weekdays and £14 per hour for Weekends
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary - Bank
Role Summary:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Companion/Carers at Caremore Companions. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting clients with personal care tasks including daily hygiene, dressing, toileting
* Meal preparation, including simple lunches/evening meals
* Light housework, including dusting, hoovering, washing, ironing
* Medication and appointment reminders by phone or visit
* General companionship, including listening, talking, assisting with hobbies, pet care
* Serving as a key holder in case of emergencies
Qualifications/Experience:
* Training will be provided
