As Buyer’s Admin Assistant your role will include:Providing crucial administrative support to the Buying team.Liaise with suppliers. Taking responsibility for the delivery schedule and booking in deliveries across Footwear, Accessories and Jewellery. Taking an active role in the buying process by attending buying meetings/fit sessions.Placing product orders and monitoring the critical path.Maintaining and developing relationships with your team, merchandisers and suppliers.Constantly keeping up to date with latest trends on the high street and catwalk.Skills and Experience:Commercial awareness and a creative eye for product.Numerate, analytical and PC Literate with attention to detail.Confident using Microsoft Excel package. Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.Organised and able to prioritise and work in a pressurized environment.Ability to communicate internally and externally. Fashion related degree or business degree.Flexibility and commitment to support the department wherever required.
