My client is looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to their leadership team. The Operations Manager will support in the development of future company strategy. Continually drive various Continuous Improvement initiatives such as lean implementation, quality improvements and production efficiency across all elements of the Operations Function
Lead all production planning activity from build and sales forecasting through final dispatch
Ensure production is cost effective, ran as efficiently as possible and minimise overtime spend
Sound knowledge, understanding and examples of implementation of lean manufacturing principles and methods

~ Successful track record of training employees in productivity and safety
~ Successful implementation of an effective succession planning program
