Ocean Housing Group is looking for a Digital Content Co-Ordinator to strengthen how we connect with our communities online. In this newly created role, you’ll be part of a small, creative team delivering high-impact content that reflects what matters most to our tenants, residents, and customers.
From showcasing new housing developments to amplifying our partnerships and latest initiatives, your work will help tell the story of who we are, what we’re doing and why it matters. You’ll create bold, innovative content and adapt it across channels to reach and resonate with diverse audiences. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with colleagues to turn ideas into campaigns that make a real difference.
This role suits a confident storyteller who’s curious about new formats, passionate about inclusive communication, and motivated by impact. You’ll be joining a team that values creativity, teamwork, and purpose-led thinking.
Responsibilities:
* Creating engaging, inclusive content for our social media, website, and newsletters.
* Shooting and editing short-form videos, designing graphics, and writing compelling copy.
* Managing content calendars and supporting digital campaigns for Ocean Housing and Gilbert & Goode.
* Monitoring analytics to optimise performance and engagement.
* Collaborating with colleagues, tenants, customers and partners to tell authentic stories that reflect our values.
Requirements:
* Experience in creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Strong copywriting, video editing, and image creation skills.
* Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* A degree in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, PR, or similar (or equivalent experience).
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Metricool, Buffer, and SharePoint.
* Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and scheduling.
