About the Role – What’s Involved
As a Pension Data Projects Lead Consultant, you will:
1. Develop and execute data strategies that deliver measurable value for clients and strong commercial outcomes
2. Act as a trusted adviser to Pension Managers, Trustee Boards, and key decision-makers
3. Lead and oversee multiple data projects — assessing, cleansing, correcting, and enhancing pension scheme data
4. Collaborate with internal specialists and third parties to deliver high-quality solutions
5. Strengthen client relationships and enhance overall service delivery
This role offers hybrid working and can be based in a range of offices across the UK.
About You – What Skills and Experience is Required
6. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to present technical concepts clearly and confidently
8. Solid knowledge of UK Defined Benefit pension schemes and relevant legislation
9. Experience leading multiple projects, including scoping and costing new work
10. Commercial awareness with a focus on both client satisfaction and growth
11. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
