Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect | £500–£650/day | South West England (Hybrid)
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level solutions for a financial services organisation based in South West England.
Contract Overview:
* Day Rate: £500–£650
* IR35 Status: Outside IR35
* Duration: 3-month initial contract (extension likely)
* Location: Bristol – 3 days/week on-site (with flexibility to reduce over time)
The Role:
This is a key leadership role within a high-impact Salesforce programme. You'll be responsible for defining scalable Service Cloud solutions, aligning technical delivery with business strategy, and providing architectural oversight across multiple workstreams.
Expect a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design, and stakeholder engagement in a regulated environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with deep knowledge of Service Cloud
* Strong understanding of contact centre processes, case management, and omni-channel capabilities
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Background in financial services or regulated industries preferred
