Standard Operator – Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages
Location: Buxton, Derbyshire
Salary:£36,180.00 per annum inclusive of shift allowance, plus companywide benefits and overtime opportunity.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days and 2 nights.

A day in the life of a Production Operator
As a Production Operator your main accountability is to achieve performance targets by operating machines and systems, ensuring the process runs at optimum, producing high‑quality product and coordinating actions where necessary.
* Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure high safety and quality standards are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
* Operational Responsibilities: Safe & efficient running of production lines, maintaining and improving routines and standards.
* Performance and KPI Management: Support factory activities to achieve KPIs.
* Professional Development: Work in all areas of the plant based on skill development.
