Teaching Assistant – Hartlepool

Pay: £525–£575 per week

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support pupils in their learning and daily classroom activities
* Deliver tailored support to meet individual pupil needs
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, planning, and assessment
* Promote inclusion, diversity, and a positive classroom environment
Essential Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent relevant experience)
* Recent experience working in a primary school setting
* Strong communication and classroom support skills
* Ability to support individual pupil needs under teacher guidance
