Job Description
The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.
Please note this is a full time role working 39 hours a week - Monday to Friday (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 17:15 and Wednesday 09:00-17:30.
* Chemistry testing biopharma products to include method verifications, method transfers and method development.
* Support the resolution of any quality issues.
* Communicate with clients and and attend client meetings.
* Write and review of exceptions.
* Be responsible for Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
* Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
* Support self-inspections.
* Support client audits and regulatory inspections.
* Propose and implement continuous improvements.
* Delivery of chemistry training.
Qualifications
* Understanding of GMP.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
* Experienced working in a Chemistry role, in a GMP/GLP environment
* Degree in Life Science.
