Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.
Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.
Minimum 2 years of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).
