Salford Priors, near Evesham. £13.56 per hour. Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm. Temp to Perm opportunity. Overtime available.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a leading manufacturing business based in Salford Priors, near Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous industrial, automotive, or manufacturing paint‑spraying experience who is looking for a long‑term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing components and surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
- Applying paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
- Mixing paints and coatings to the correct specifications
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Carrying out touch-ups and rework where required
- Maintaining paint spraying equipment and ensuring it is kept in good working order
- Working from production schedules and job specifications
- Handling materials safely and efficiently throughout the painting process
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or automotive environment
- Experience using airless, conventional, or HVLP spray equipment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
- Understanding of paint preparation and finishing techniques
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location
