Support Worker – Wantage £14.20–£18.50 per hour Role Overview We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, delivering high-quality care to children, young people, and adults with neurodiversity, autism, and learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of settings, including residential homes, schools, and community-based services, with consistent weekly hours available. Key Responsibilities As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, independent lives. Your duties may include: Supporting with daily living tasks and personal care Promoting independence and life skills Encouraging participation in activities, education, and hobbies Implementing and following individual support plans Working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals Skills & Experience We are seeking individuals who are genuinely passionate about making a difference. Experience supporting people with neurodiversity, autism, or learning disabilities is desirable, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.
