EQUANS are recruiting for a Digital Data Technician Apprentice to join their team at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday on an 18 month fixed-term contract. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our team, supporting the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital collaboration tools and data analytics while working alongside experienced professionals. What will you deliver? Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries. Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Help manage permissions, workflows, and content within SharePoint. Perform data analysis and contribute to data quality initiatives. Provide user support and training on SharePoint and BI tools. Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and SharePoint. Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential. Who are we?
