Overview
Head Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal role at IVC Evidensia UK (Milford Vets, Surrey). Previous leadership experience is desired but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the nursing team within a busy small animal practice with referral capabilities.
* Collaborate with vets and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care and welfare.
* Contribute to clinical governance, training and development of the nursing team.
Qualifications
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) or equivalent; leadership experience preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills; commitment to high standards of patient care.
About Us
We are a busy small animal primary care and referral setting with onsite cardiologist, ECC and surgery cert holders. The practice is based in a small town in Surrey in the countryside, with plenty of dog walking and links to Guildford/London via the A3. We are part of the local community and work closely with a local wildlife charity. We work to very high standards of patient care, with separate cat and dog wards, in-house laboratory, dental X-ray, and laparoscopic equipment.

Salary
Up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience.
