The Role
They're looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally-savvy Content & Social Marketing Executive to join a growing team.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, playing a central role in shaping and amplifying the brand across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
From short-form video to podcast editing and event coverage, you’ll have real creative ownership and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Video
* Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn clips)
* Edit and repurpose podcast episodes into engaging clips and audiograms
* Write compelling captions, copy, and blog-style posts
* Design on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, and events
* Use AI tools to accelerate content creation (ideas, scripting, editing, optimisation)
Social Media Management
* Own day-to-day management of social channels (scheduling, publishing, engagement)
* Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and industry events
* Monitor trends, engage with the community, and identify growth opportunities
Brand & Campaign Support
* Assist with email marketing and newsletter content
* Ensure brand consistency across all external communications
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role (agency, in-house, or freelance)
* Some video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, Riverside)
* Understanding of social media performance (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
* Strong creative eye for design and visual storytelling
* Excellent written communication skills
Desirable
* Experience or interest in B2B marketing
* Experience with social media scheduling tools
* Video or photography skills
* Confidence using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT)
