We are looking to recruit an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to lead delivery of a National TFM contract we have been awarded with Department for Education (DfE).
This is a significant NEC4 contract valued at approximately £120M over the next four years, offering the opportunity to play a key role in managing complex service delivery within a critical public sector environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of the DfE TFM contract in line with NEC4 contractual requirements
Manage and develop a team of four direct reports, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for contract matters
Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs
Drive commercial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and risk management
Oversee supply chain performance and ensure effective subcontractor management
Support business growth through identification of opportunities within the contract
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld at all times
Person Specification
Proven experience managing large-scale FM or TFM contracts (public sector experience desirable)
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC4 preferred)
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and developing talent
Commercially astute with strong financial management skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
