1. Basic Salary: £30,000 - OTE £40,000

3. Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 (60 mins lunch), 1 in 5 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:30
Our client, a Franchised Main Car Dealer, is currently looking to hire a Service Advisor to join their team in a busy automotive environment in the Portsmouth Area.
Our client has a strong reputation within the automotive trade, employing over 420 staff across Hampshire, West Sussex & Surrey. They offer steady, well-paid employment with a pleasant working atmosphere, alongside continuous training and development.
They have a large and successful service operation and are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to support their workshop and aftersales departments.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
15. Handling customer enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
16. Qualifying service needs and diagnosing vehicle issues where appropriate.
17. Managing the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
18. Coordinating the handover and administration of loan vehicles.
19. Explaining work carried out on vehicles to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
20. Maintaining manufacturer service standards and dealership processes.
21. Ensuring accurate system updates and service records.
22. Following safe working practices and dealership policies.
What our Client expects of their Service Advisor:
23. A Full UK Driving Licence.
24. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
25. Organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
26. Ideally, experience within the automotive sector in a service or customer-facing role.
27. Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
28. A good understanding of vehicles and common issues.
29. Pinnacle Dealer Management experience is ideal, but not a necessity
