As a **Showroom Consultant** based in **Thurso**, you'll be responsible for:* Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering recommendations for suitable products.* Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.* Develop sales leads to generate new business for the showroom.* Ensure the showroom is clean & tidy and represents our product line positively.This is a full-time permanent role, 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts.**And here’s what we’d like you to have:*** Previous showroom experience, preferably within kitchens, bathrooms, or the general trade, would be an advantage.* Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.* Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.* Able to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales, and develop the ability to match products to the customer's needs.**We look forward to receiving your application!****#ACMM100**William Wilson is a Scottish business with over 120 years of trading experience in supplying Plumbing, Heating and Bathroom supplies.
