Director's Outlook on the Position
We seek a positive Senior team player who can lead by example when sales opportunities or challenges arise. The ideal candidate will have drive, a warm personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage themselves effectively while motivating others. They should also be comfortable working closely with the directorship for support and guidance.
The Role
1. Manage existing customers daily to maximize and drive sales opportunities.
2. Lead the sales teams by example, following successful models.
3. Generate and lead project opportunities, assisting sales teams in winning them.
4. Secure daily business through excellent service, relationships, and trust.
5. Achieve sales targets related to turnover and gross profit to maximize bonuses.
6. Participate in business planning and review meetings with the senior team.
7. Drive the acquisition of new trading accounts.
8. Promote the Midshires team’s good reputation and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
9. Collaborate with the management team to support customer relationship building.
10. Stay informed about new and updated products.
The Package

5. 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days over Christmas, increasing with loyalty.
6. Occasional Saturday work on a rotational basis (morning only every 5 weeks).
