Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is inviting candidates to apply for our Future Cabin Crew programme.
This is an exclusive opportunity to join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s network of 90+ bases, delivering excellent customer service to over 600K guests daily on more than 3,600 flights!
Flying with Ryanair offers perks such as unlimited discount travel across 250+ destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off' roster, highly competitive salaries, and world-class free training.
No prior experience is necessary; our training courses will equip you with essential skills to ensure a safe, top-quality inflight experience. Upon completion, you'll receive your 'Cabin Crew Wings' and be ready to fly!
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, with safety as our top priority. You must operate early and late shifts, starting as early as 5 am or finishing as late as midnight. If you're not a morning person, consider carefully before applying. If you're customer-focused, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your ideal career!
What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer with limited roles, we are opening a 'hold pool' for future training courses later this year. This means you can express interest, and if successful, you'll be prioritized for upcoming training courses.
We will review your completed application, invite you to an online interview, and if successful, add you to the hold pool. We will keep you updated on upcoming courses and potential locations.
Note: To progress, you must complete an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited for an interview and, if selected, placed in the hold pool for future training opportunities.
