Loch Lomond Golf Club is one of the world's finest private members golf clubs. It sits on the "bonnie bonnie banks" of Loch Lomond, amidst breathtaking scenery but within easy reach of Glasgow and Stirling. Some work here permanently to develop a career in golf and hospitality, some work only seasonally across the busy summer months, while others work part time and flexibly around personal commitments or studies. However long you plan to stay with us and whatever hours you'd prefer to work, we're open to discussing shift patterns and contract types to suit your needs.

Scope of the Role
As a part of our experienced floor team in Spikes you will support the delivery of relaxed and informal (though still exceptional) food and beverage service to our members and their guests.
Key Duties you will undertake:
* Confident menu and service knowledge
* Preparing for service eg condiments, napkins, and cutlery
* Cleanliness and presentation of your section
* Setting and presentation of tables
* Providing recommendations and taking orders
* Liaison with the kitchen team and clear communication of special dietary requirements
* Service of food and drinks
* Checking on satisfaction and handling additional requests and feedback
* Capturing preferences and special requests for future reference
* Billing, presentation and payments
* Clearing tables and resetting for next service
* Requisitions and secure handling of stock
What you will need:
* Previous experience within a hospitality environment (restaurant experience preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
* Availability to work mid week as well as weekends through to the begining of January (we are closed for Christmas)
* Ability to travel to Loch Lomond Golf Club
