Location: Dunbeath Primary School
Hours: 30 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term until 02 July 2026
Salary: £18,809 - £20,603 (Unqualified), £20,893 - £22,880 (Qualified)
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Requirements
This is a regulated role. An Overseas Criminal Record Check may be required depending on your nationality and residency history.
You must:
* Be a national of the UK or specified countries (Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Poland).
* Not have lived or worked outside the UK or listed countries for more than three months in the past five years.
It is your responsibility to obtain the Overseas Criminal Record Check and cover any costs.
Unqualified Early Years Practitioners will work towards relevant qualifications within an agreed timescale and be paid on grade HC0435.
Qualified Early Years Practitioners should hold a recognized childcare qualification (e.g., HNC, NNEB, SVQ 3) and be paid on grade HC0535.
The role requires registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). If already registered, inform the SSSC of any employment changes.
Qualifications in Food Handling and First Aid are advantageous.
