Qualified candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being extremely good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT Skills. Your role is to support teaching staff in the development and education of students including the provision of specialist skills as appropriate. To coordinate the use and maintenance of practical resources and facilities and to provide assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the science curriculum. The successful candidate should ideally have experience working in a laboratory environment, in a school setting and have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s Grade C or above or the equivalent.
