You'll support senior professionals, including MDs, VPs and associates, helping keep fast-moving global teams running smoothly. You'll work across time zones, coordinate meetings, manage expenses and organise international travel.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, with fluent french. Someone who has been a Team Assistant/ Expense Assistant/ Administrative Assistant and has experience organising domestic travel and coordinating meetings. You'll be confident, outgoing, and client-facing in your communication, as well as eager to grow.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Managing scheduling meetings across time zones
2. Coordinating global travel and logistics, including flights accommodation and visa arrangements
3. Processing monthly expenses efficiently
4. Collaborating with team assistants internally and building network across Europe, Asia and America
Requirements:
5. 6 months - 1+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator
6. Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment
7. Must be Fluent German
This is a 12- to 18-month assignment, starting with an initial 6-month contract. Exceptional performance could also open the door to a permanent role, depending on business needs.
Full-time, 5 days a week in the office
£18 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay
