KITE College is an Independent Specialist Post-16 College in Sittingbourne, providing specialist education and training for young people with learning difficulties of small class size of 6-8 learners.
We are looking to recruit a full time Outreach Mentor to further develop our Personal Development offer at KITE college. The role will involve 1:1 mentoring and small group interventions, as well as Outreach support to learners who face barriers to attend the College site.
You will be part of a growing pastoral team and based in our new Well Being hub.
We are particularly interested in applications from colleagues who have relevant experience in counselling and/or mentoring.
