This is a bank position, therefore shifts will be available on an ad hoc basis and will be to cover holiday/sickness within the team. We do not have sponsorship status and therefore all our offers are made conditional upon our candidates submitting evidence of their right to work in the UK in conjunction with our other pre‑employment checks.
Qualifications
 * previous experience of working as a nurse within a community setting including having excellent nursing skills, record keeping and medicines management
 * excellent communication skills and have the ability to be sensitive and empathetic
 * be able to respond appropriately to emotionally challenging situations
 * be highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic

You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled staff within the Hospice@Home Service, working across a full shift rotation pattern (days, nights, weekends and bank holidays).
