Were recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role on a £25m distribution centre project in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier One construction team delivering a high-profile industrial scheme from start to finish.

What Youll Be Doing
* Leading the commercial delivery from pre-construction through to final account
* Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
* Producing cost plans, forecasts, and commercial reports
* Managing variations and ensuring contractual compliance
* Working closely with site and operational teams
* Supporting and mentoring junior QS team members
What Were Looking For
* Degree / HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
* Proven experience on industrial or commercial construction projects
* Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge
* Confident communicator able to manage key stakeholders
* Self-sufficient, organised, and delivery-focused
