As an Administration Assistant, youll play a vital role in providing day to day administrative support across various aspects of our operations, helping to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to our learners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking a variety of general administrative duties
* Accurately inputting data on our CRM system.
* Providing administrative support to the course bookings, course delivery and claims teams
* Responding to internal and external queries via phone and email
* Monitor inbound enquiries and support effective allocation of accounts and leads
* Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and client trends
* Contribute to social media engagement

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient administrator with excellent attention to detail. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
