 Location: Droitwich
 Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
 Hours: Full-time, Permanent
 
 The Opportunity
 
 We are recruiting for a hands-on Fulfilment Team Leader to join a well established business based in Droitwich. This individual will manage the day-to-day operations of an online order fulfilment team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced logistics or retail environment.
 
 You will be responsible for ensuring online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, while motivating your team to deliver a first-class customer experience.
 
 What You'll Be Doing
 
Lead and supervise the fulfilment team on a daily basis 
Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders 
Allocate team resources to meet daily order volumes and deadlines 
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies 
Track team performance through KPIs and support continuous improvement 
Train and mentor team members to build skills and maintain morale 
Work closely with customer service and stock control to resolve order issues 
Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy 
Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately 
Provide regular updates and reports to management About You
 
Previous experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics roles 
Proven supervisory or team leadership background 
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills 
Knowledge of warehouse or fulfilment systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) 
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines 
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Desirable:
 
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento 
Forklift licence or equipment handling qualifications 
First Aid or Health & Safety training Additional Information
