Senior Estimator / Contracts Manager - Electrical Installations
Package: £70k-80k+
Location: covering the city & Kent areas
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong electrical installation background to manage contracts, lead estimating activities,
* Manage electrical installation contracts from tender through completion
* Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and costings for new and ongoing projects
* Maintain and grow an existing client base, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities
* Technical discussions, and tender submissions
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Collaborate with internal teams to support operational delivery
* Track KPIs, margins, and pipeline performance
Requirements:
o MUST DRIVE / OWN CAR expenses paid
o Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial preferred) strong electrical installation knowledge / background
o Experience as a Contracts Manager and/or Estimator
o Excellent communication and client-facing skills
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
