The Role - Store Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our retail team. You would play a significant role in helping us achieve our vision, with your ability to set an example for the team to engage, inspire, and advise customers to find their ideal sleep solution.
Your role as Store Manager will involve:
1. Managing all aspects of the retail store, ensuring operational, financial, and brand standards are maintained.
2. Ensuring sufficient staff, resources, and products are available; driving sales, controlling costs, and protecting profit. Leading by example in achieving sales targets, coaching your team, and motivating them towards business objectives.
3. Using our SleepPRO technology to help customers choose the right mattress, building rapport and advising on sleep wellness.
4. Guiding customers through the sales process, completing order paperwork and credit agreements (full training provided).
Working closely with your team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. We provide extensive product training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you succeed, progress, and build your career!
In return, we offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped individual commission paid monthly once sales targets are met.
On target earnings of £ based on store sales, with no upper earning limit!
Our busiest times include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be expected to cover some of these shifts, but we value work-life balance and will not require you to work all of them.
Due to our product nature, the role involves moving products and performing some cleaning tasks to maintain store and product condition.
