We’re looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager to lead and oversee payroll, HR administration, and core operations across the full employee lifecycle.

You’ll ensure all team members are paid correctly and on time, HR records are robust and compliant, and processes run like clockwork – all while looking for ways to make things even better.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading payroll across UK, Ireland and Europe – in partnership with our finance team and external providers – making sure everything runs smoothly and accurately.
* Owning HR admin and compliance, from contracts and onboarding to offboarding and data protection.
* Improving our people processes, identifying ways to automate, streamline, and elevate our operations.
* Coaching and quality checking, helping to foster a culture of service, excellence, and continuous improvement.
What you bring:
* Great detail orientation, a head for numbers, and a heart for people.
* 7+ years’ experience in HR Operations or Payroll within a fast-paced, ideally hospitality environment.
* Deep understanding of UK employment law, payroll systems, tax, and HR compliance.
* Experience working with HR systems.
* International HR and payroll experience.
* Bring knowledge of continuous improvement tools like Lean or Six Sigma.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Hold a CIPD qualification.
