Your Role
You will join our Tech Support team, responsible for IT systems, software, and hardware support for internal users. Our team works with IT Service Management, Infrastructure Support, Network Support, and the Service Desk team, providing first-line support for the retail arm.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide IT support via face-to-face, online calls, email, and chat
* Manage and resolve support tickets
* Assist with technical projects, system maintenance, and new user setups
* Act as a 2nd line escalation point
* Maintain IT systems, software distribution, and device management
* Contribute to the IT knowledge base and train colleagues
* Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in support
* Occasionally travel to London, Burton distribution centre, and store locations as needed
Candidate Profile
* Experience in IT Service Desk 1st or 2nd Line support
* Experience in IT Operations or Managed Service Provider environments
* Experience with Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS devices
* Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Defender, Azure AD, and MDM solutions
* Technical qualifications such as Microsoft Certification or ITIL
* Self-motivated with integrity and professionalism
* Ability to solve incidents effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
Additional skills that are a plus include experience with retail systems, POS, CDE equipment, infrastructure, network security, project management, or scripting.
