In this role, we are looking for an individual who can perform municipal engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction of public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have knowledge in stormwater, water, wastewater, roadway design, and project management.

Responsibilities
1. Utilize design software, CAD, and other tools to assist in planning, designing, and permitting municipal/public works projects such as water infrastructure, sanitary sewer infrastructure, roadway and streetscape improvements, drainage studies, and stormwater conveyance/management.
2. Assist local municipalities with plan reviews, project planning, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
3. Collaborate on funding applications, reports, studies, and grants related to municipal/public works projects.
4. Perform civil design analysis and calculations as per project requirements, with supervisor review.
5. Conduct construction administration duties, including procurement, submittal review, pay requisitions, change orders, and funding disbursements.
6. Coordinate permitting with local agencies.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned for successful project completion.
Education & Skills
The candidate should possess a four-year degree in civil engineering or will complete one within the first 12 months of employment. General knowledge of AutoCAD and its application in land development engineering is preferred.
