Purpose Of The Role

To ensure that all paperwork is compliant and processed timely, with the aim of maximizing monthly funding.
To process all Awarding Organisation registrations, exams, and claims, log and send certificates to students.
Key Accountabilities/Objectives
* Process all compliant start, completion, and progression paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with partner / ILR submission deadlines, to maximise funding claims.
* Carry out validation including data reconciliations, DSATs, Funding and Monitoring reports, Data Match reports, ensuring submission deadlines are met.
* Update internal trackers, pen portraits, partner performance trackers as required.
* Familiarize with varying funding methodologies, especially related to specific contracts, and consult guidance to answer questions.
* Update systems, processes, and working instructions to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Attend contract meetings as necessary.
* Register learners with Awarding Organisations promptly, book exams, and claim qualifications following regulations.
* Log certificates on Yeti with received and sent dates for tracking and audits.
* Securely store paperwork daily for data protection.
* Perform compliance checks for each contract.
* Assist in tracking financial values of delivered contracts.
* File learner information and ensure paperwork compliance.
* Adhere to data protection and GDPR regulations daily.
* Support organization through training delivery and paperwork compliance assistance.
