Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and results-oriented Operations Manager to drive operational finance initiatives across the entire portfolio of Dwelly Brands. This role involves development of the central team and working in close collaboration with Dwelly Product team and agency directors to develop and implement best-in-class financial processes, i.e. rent collection, reconciliations, landlord payments, deposits management, and other financial services for tenants, landlords, and contractors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically minded, and demonstrate a proven track record in people and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Payments team and process development
Build a central team of Finance Administrators that covers our entire portfolio of all Dwelly agencies
Work in close collaboration with local agency directors to support them in providing high high-quality user experience for their tenants and landlords
Develop robust operational processes, rethinking industry status quo to minimise operational finance processes costs whilst maintaining target client NPS
Introduce new / reconsider existing financial services to maximise Dwelly revenue
Build learning and training processes for new Finance Administrators

2.Participate in Product roll-outs and development
Participate in designing optimal operational finance product flows in collaboration with Product managers
Ensure smooth roll-out of all new product features released weekly
Collect and quantify feedback from your team, structure and present to Product Managers as inputs for further product development

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years in operational roles, ideally with a consulting background (Senior Analyst or Associate level). Strong experience in structured environments is essential, as well as experience in managing teams.
Skills: Exceptionally organised, analytically minded, and detail-oriented; Exceptional people skills to manage remote teams
Preferred Background:
Experience in operational tech businesses, with a demonstrated ability to develop new operational processes from scratch. Ideally, developing the team and participating in product rollouts within similar areas: payment processing, billing, reconciliations etc.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a “get things done” attitude and excellent attention to detail.

Growth Potential: As with any startup, growth happens due to hyper-growth of the team below you. This role is already in the top 15 positions within the company. In 2-3 years from now, you will probably be managing a team of several dozen people, managing one of the core business processes of Dwelly.
